The Little Jane Limited 2020-LC is a unique travel guitar designed to give you the freedom to take your instrument with you wherever you go. Our proprietary assembly system allows the guitar to be easily and quickly assembled into a full-fledged instrument. Likewise, the instrument can be simply disassembled into a compact form and stored in a travel bag with the size of a regular backpack.
The top plate of the Little Jane Limited 2020-LC is made from rare Alpine Spruce. Its beautiful sound, with slightly pronounced highs, allows for our special individual soundboard voicing process. The back and sides are made from Cocobolo. The bridge, fingerboard and headstock overlay are exotic Ebony. The instrument’s body is coated in our specially formulated, thin, open-pore finish which accentuates the natural visual and tonal properties of the chosen woods. The overall stylish appearance of the guitar is underscored by a number of decorative elements, namely the Padauk body binding, Walnut purfling, annular rosette with Abalone inlay and mother-of-pearl side fret markers. A tuning locking mechanism, Furch Machine, is also present and ensures that the guitar stays in tune even after disassembly and reassembly.
Unique voicing process
The premium nature of the Little Jane Limited 2020-LC is underscored by the fact that the soundboard is individually tuned using the voicing process, which enhances the instrument’s tonal properties to the highest level. Thanks to that, the Little Jane Limited 2020-LC has a crystalline clear, harmonically rich, balanced, and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
Open-Pore Finish
The instrument features Open-Pore Finish, a special thin finish that promotes the natural sonic qualities of tonewoods and provides an excellent level of surface protection.
Rosette made from abalone
The annular rosette with abalone inlay and black and white lines lends an exotic touch.
Exotic ebony
The bridge, fingerboard and headstock overlay are made from exotic ebony, which beautifully contrasts with the alpine spruce soundboard.
Stylish appearance
The beauty of the selected woods, namely vibrant Alpine spruce and contrasting cocobolo with a striking design is underscored by a number of decorative elements, foremost being walnut purfling and the body’s binding of padauk with a contrasting white line.
Pearl position markers
The fingerboard side is adorned with white mother-of-pearl linear position markers which improve fingerboard orientation and enhance the guitar’s exclusive appearance.
Special machine heads
The Little Jane Limited 2020-LC has a very good tuning stability courtesy of Furch string-locking machine heads with 1:15 gear ratio. The string-locking mechanism ensures that the guitar stays in tune even after disassembly and reassembly.
Maximum protection
Maximum protection during transport is provided by a high-rigidity compact backpack, which can be also transported as a hand luggage on a plane.
