The Green Deluxe TR a is designed for discerning acoustic players who seek maximum playing comfort and the pure, unplugged character of a finely crafted instrument. The soundboard of the guitar is made of carefully selected Sitka spruce, individually voiced using our proprietary voicing process and further enhanced by torrefaction, which increases responsiveness, expands dynamic range, and adds a warmer, more open character with a subtle vintage-inspired tonal maturity. The back and sides are crafted from Indian rosewood, a tonewood known for its rich overtones, clear articulation, and deep, well-defined bass. Together, these materials produce a harmonically complex, dynamic sound with powerful lows, focused mids, and clear, articulate highs, making the instrument equally well suited for expressive fingerstyle playing as well as strumming. To further support the natural acoustic performance of the instrument, the Booster Soundport enhances sound projection and allows the player to perceive more of the guitar’s resonance directly while playing. This results in a more immediate and immersive acoustic experience, particularly valued by players focused on the pure, unplugged sound of their instrument. The natural appearance of the Green Deluxe TR a is highlighted by a Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish on the top and Full-Pore Satin Finish on the back and sides, offering a refined look while maintaining maximum resonance. The instrument features artificial ivory body binding, a double ring rosette with walnut inlay, and five-layer black and white purfling, complemented by white mother-of-pearl fretboard and side position markers.
