Ecological Surface Coating
We also place emphasis on ecology during production itself. An example is our proprietary Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, which covers about 2/3 of all Furch instruments. This special UV coating helps to improve the resonance of our guitars, and at the same time provides perfect protection for the wood. Its composition is highly environmentally friendly, because it contains up to 98% less solvent than commonly used varnishes and thus does not pollute the air. In addition, a special recycling system makes it possible to collect, filter and then fully reuse the UV coating during the spraying process.
