Sitka Spruce

Sitka spruce is a readily available tonewood that offers a stable and even grain, which makes it an ideal material for the soundboard of acoustic guitars. Thanks to its regular grain, the rigidity of Sitka spruce can be easily predicted, which allows us to tune the soundboard of every Furch guitar with a high degree of accuracy. Thanks to that, instruments with a Sitka spruce top have a balanced sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
