The Green TR a features an all-solid-wood construction, combining a soundboard crafted from carefully selected Sitka spruce with back and sides made from Indian rosewood. The spruce top undergoes a proprietary torrefaction process that enhances tonal maturity by increasing responsiveness, expanding dynamic range, and adding a warmer, more open character, while also giving the instrument a subtly darker, vintage-inspired appearance. Indian rosewood contributes rich overtones, clear articulation, and deep, well-defined bass, creating a harmonically complex and balanced tonal foundation.
The soundboard is protected by our proprietary Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, developed to enhance the natural resonance qualities of the tonewoods, while the back and sides feature a Full-Pore Satin Finish that offers a refined look and smooth feel. Together, the torrefied Sitka spruce, Indian rosewood, and carefully applied finishes deliver a rich, balanced sound across the entire tonal spectrum with sparkling highs, strong projection, and excellent sustain.
